  • Heat extra virgin olive oil and butter and add 1-2 tablespoons of Sometimes It's Hotter Seasonings, saute shrimp, oysters or fish.

  • Mix any of our Award Winning Seasonings with extra virgin olive oil, citrus from an orange, lime or lemon. Place your chicken, pork or ribs in a baking dish or bag and allow to marinate several hours or overnight.

  • Dust any of our Award Winning Seasonings on your fish, chicken or streaks then grill, bake or broil.

  • Herb - Salt Free Seasoning - our newest seasoning. All natural and salt free. This salt free seasoning can be used at the table, in place of salt. It has wonderful flavors that make it a natural when used on fish, vegetables or salads. Mix with extra virgin olive oil and lime or orange citrus to make a marinade for chicken or fish.

Question: How can I use your seasoning, and on what Foods???

  • Eggs- Fried, Scrambled or Omelet.

  • Bacon- Place bacon on baking sheet, sprinkle seasoning on bacon, then bake in oven until crispy.

  • Hash browns- Add Jalapeno seasoning.

  • Grilled Cheese Sandwiched- sprinkle on cheese prior to grilling.

  • Add to your butter, and then apply to oven toasted bread.

  • Dips- Add one of the seasonings to ½ Cup mayonnaise and 1 ½ cups sour cream, for a great dip.

  • Shake on Pizza

  • Shake on Cottage Cheese

  • Add to hamburgers and meat loaf.

  • Make a Marinade for Ribs-Chicken or Pork - 1/3 cup lime juice, ½ cup olive oil or peanut oil, 2-3 tablespoons STIH seasoning, 2 Tablespoons soy sauce. Place in plastic bag and refrigerate overnight or for a few hours.

  • Add seasoning to bread crumbs, corn meal, for fried battered Chicken or Fish.

  • Steak- Put extra light oil on steak, shake generous amount of seasoning on steak then wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking on grill.

  • Cantaloupe- Shake on just prior to serving

  • Soup- Shake as you would salt or pepper to enhance flavor.

  • Use our latest seasoning “Salt Free Herb” Seasoning as you would any of the above, with the enhanced benefit of being Sodium Free.

Sometimes It's Hotter Broiler Bread
Mix 1 tablespoon of Original 7 Pepper Seasoning with 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in 1/2 cup of butter. Spread on French or Italian bread, place under the broiler until toasted. Serve with your favorite entree or as a tasty appetizer!

Sometimes It's Hotter Habanero Marinade
Ingredients: 1 pound large peeled shrimp, 1 tablespoon Sometimes It's Hotter Habanero Seasoning, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/3 cup peanut oil, 3 tbl. Fresh squeezed lime juice
Place alll ingredients in a 2 quart size resealable plastic bag. Seal bag and with hnds on outside of bag, move shrimp and marinade until the shrimp are completely coated. Place in refrigerator and marinade for 30 to 45 minutes. Soak wooden skewers in water for two hours prior to use. Pan saute or place wooden skewers on grill for a habanero suprise.

Sometimes It's Hotter Cheese Ball
Ingridents: 1- 8oz. package of cream cheese, 4 tablespoonds butter, 1-2 teaspoons Sometimes It's Hotter Original Seasoning (additional seasonings can be added to enhance heat and flavor levels), 1 cup shreaded cheese.
Blend cream cheese and butter together. Add seasonings and shreaded cheese and mix well. Shape above recipe into a ball. Roll cheese ball onto a mixture of two tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley and crushed pecans or walnuts to coat chesse ball evenly. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to mellow.

Sometimes It's Hotter Jalapeno & Sweet Onion Dip
Ingridents: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise, 3 teaspoons of Sometimes It's Hotter Jalapeno Seasoning.
Blend all ingredients together thorough. Chill at least one hour before serving.
